General session details:
Content :  Patterns, fundamental movements & biomechanics, sparring systems, standing & ground self defence, competitive sparring, & more.

Saturday 28th Feb:
8:00am - Venue & Registrations open
9:00am - Seminar Start & Session 1
12:00pm - Lunch (Canteen/Coffee open)
1:00pm - Session 2
4:00pm - Day one ends

Saturday 1st March:
8:00am - Venue open & Mat setup ahead of day 2
9:00am  - Session 3
12:00pm - Lunch (Canteen/Coffee open) 
1:00pm  - Session 4
4:00pm  - Seminar finishes
 
Please bring: Water bottle, protective gear, kick pads/focus pads if possible, uniform(s) 2 suggested, belt, notepad...

Medical conditions:  Please let us know of any serious medical issues that we need to be aware of. While basic medical equipment will be present, please bring any strappings, supports, etc that you need.
