Kenmore is Bai Rui Taekwon-Do’s newest club located at Kenmore South State School. The instructors are Mr Tony Nguyen (3rd Dan Black Belt) and Ms Mel Brown (3rd Dan Black Belt). Both instructors are very active in their training, as members of the school demonstration team, and attend weekly squad sessions as well as regularly attending black belt classes, tournaments, seminars, testings and camps.  They have trained under school founder Senior Master Charles Birch and other various Grand Masters and International Instructors. 

Mr Nguyen has over 17 years of experience in Taekwon-Do and has instructed for 4 of those years. Mr Nguyen has represented Australia multiple times as a competitor and has competed in many regional, state and national competitions around the country. As an instructor, Mr Nguyen is first aid qualified, a blue card holder, and has a background in sports coaching and mental health.

Ms Brown has over 12 years of experience in Taekwon-Do and has instructed for 5 of those years. Ms Brown has represented Australia multiple times as a competitor and coach, and has competed in many regional, state and national competitions around the country. As an instructor, Ms Brown is first aid qualified, a blue card holder, and has a background in secondary education.

In this class, students will get the opportunity to develop their fitness, increase their focus and attention, and develop discipline and respect while learning the art of Taekwon-Do. Classes are family friendly allowing adults and children to train together in a fun, safe and friendly environment. Students will get personalised training to ensure that they get the most out of every class.
